Structural & core materials
Civil engineering and structural materials must meet the required compliance standards. Material specifications are coordinated clearly, with substitutions avoided unless they have been properly reviewed and agreed.
Interior finishes
Natural stone, wood veneers, tiles, aluminium doors and windows, and other interior finishes can be reviewed as part of the material selection process. Selected materials are also displayed in our showroom for review before confirmation.
Custom cabinetry & hardware
Custom cabinetry and hardware accessories are coordinated directly with production resources to align dimensions, finishes and design requirements. ENF-grade eco boards are specified as the baseline standard for the cabinetry material selection.
Doors, windows, equipment & systems
Central air conditioning, HVAC and smart home systems are coordinated with the wider interior design so equipment positions, routing and installation requirements can be considered during the design stage.
