What you may want to know before we begin.
What does the initial consultation include?
We first review the location, property type, approximate size, budget, timeline and how the space needs to work. We then explain a suitable service approach and next step. The initial consultation is not a full design proposal and does not require an immediate commitment.
What budget do residential projects typically start from?
Residential design, renovation and alteration projects typically start from RM200k. The final budget depends on size, scope, materials, custom work and structural conditions. Once we understand the project, we explain the practical range and trade-offs; after the design is confirmed, the quotation sets out the work, materials and specifications clearly.
Which areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan, Penang and Johor. Other locations can be discussed based on project scale and scope.
Are design and construction handled by the same team?
Yes. We coordinate design, materials and custom production, site construction and handover, keeping the design intent, budget and execution aligned through a clear point of responsibility.
Can you do extensions and structural work?
Yes. We first assess the site, structure, M&E, waterproofing and drainage conditions before confirming the feasible scope, design approach and construction plan.
