Our foundation
Our story
After experiencing the frustrations of designing his own home and renovating commercial premises, our founder set out to build a high-standard, one-stop design and renovation company.
The goal was to address familiar industry problems: completed spaces that differ from renderings, disconnected design and construction, limited material choices, and poor coordination among suppliers.
We brought together design teams in China and Malaysia, material and custom-made supply chains, and local construction teams. One coordinated system now guides clients from design, material selection and procurement through construction and final handover.
Our Kuala Lumpur showroom lets clients experience materials, lighting, spatial proportions, bespoke workmanship and construction details before renovation begins, rather than deciding from renderings alone.

Our milestones
Golden Touch Space Design has focused on rapidly integrating its capabilities: international design, Malaysian project delivery, materials and custom supply, and quality-managed construction.
Registered in Malaysia on 16 April 2025, the company established its “international design + local delivery” approach, combining design resources, international and Malaysian materials, local construction and project management.
An immersive showroom on Level 16 of TSLaw Tower, Kuala Lumpur, lets clients experience materials, light, scale and workmanship in person. The supply chain now spans selection, international sourcing, custom production, logistics, warehousing and installation coordination. Construction delivery is supported by CIDB G7 credentials and structured quality control.
Golden Touch plans to expand into offline furniture and interior design retail: an experience space bringing furniture, décor, lifestyle products and design services together for Malaysian clients.
Our team

21 years of practice. Specialist in sales galleries, show units, private villas and large residences. Senior Registered Interior Designer; further studies at Politecnico di Milano.
Li Cong has worked with Shanghai Tongji Jianjia Shuzhu, Shanghai Dingzu and Shanghai Shenyuan, and served as a designer at Yuyong Industrial in Nanchang. His work spans Jiangxi, Shanghai, Hunan, Fujian, Guangxi and Malaysia.

Tang Yong combines an international outlook with precise execution and a design language that brings Eastern sensibility together with contemporary aesthetics. For villas, he balances global trends with living habits, comfort and distinction. For commercial spaces, he uses character and spatial planning to strengthen brand experience.

More than 20 years in interior design, specialising in villa spatial planning. Founder of Xiangshan Li Gong Design and Xiangshan Design Realm.
Beginning as a design assistant at Guangdong Xingyi Decoration Group in 2005, Li Xiaoqi advanced to principal designer, design director and partner before founding his own practices in 2017 and 2020. A 36th-generation inheritor of the Li lineage of the Luantou Feng Shui school and a member of the Lingnan Yixue Association, he combines traditional spatial principles with contemporary interiors.
He has served as a mentor at Jiangxi Academy of Fine Arts Further Education, vice-president of XSAID and council member of NBAID. His credentials include Senior Registered Interior Architect with the China Building Decoration Association and Registered Designer with the China Interior Decoration Association.
